The Collins Meeting Room can accommodate a group of 65 people lecture-style, or 25 people classroom-style (tables and chairs). All use of the Collins Meeting Room is subject to the guidelines expressed in the Meeting Room Policy. Room is not reserved until you have received confirmation from library staff.
Projection and sound system available. Podium available. Room setup requests cannot be guaranteed. Please allow yourself time for setup.
Conference Room, Ipswich Public Library

The Conference Room is available for booking with seating for up to 12 people. Please note that this area is semi-private. It is not an enclosed room and is not separated by a door. Groups are expected to conduct their meetings without disturbance of regular library business; because this is not a separate space, it may not be suitable for loud discussions. This room may be reserved for a maximum of four hours per reservation, and may be reserved twice per month, per individual or group. All use of this space subject to the guidelines expressed in the Meeting Room Policy. No audiovisual equipment available.

Quiet Study Room, Ipswich Public Library

Booking Period: Between 15 minutes and 4 hours
The Quiet Study Room is available for booking and can accommodate up to 4 person at this time. This room has a closed door and small table and may be reserved up to four hours at a time, for a maximum of four (4) reservations per month by any individual or group. Use of room subject to guidelines expressed in the Meeting Room Policy.
This room may be booked for a maximum of 4 hours per day.
