Take a moment this month and join Teen Librarian Katy to try your hand at watercolor painting.

It's quickly turned from winter into springtime, and now it's time to catch our breaths and slow down as warm weather approaches. After watching a brief watercolor video all together via Zoom, you will use the provided materials to conjure up your own winter scenes on paper and check out what others are doing at the same time.

No skill needed. Registration and enthusiasm required.

This free event is for TEENS ONLY (6th-12th Grade). A link to the Zoom-based program will be sent the day before the event to the e-mail address provided during registration. Once you have registered, you will receive instructions via e-mail to pick up your Watercolor Supply Kit (two watercolor sheets pre-taped, one tiny container of table salt, one paint brush, and one 6-color watercolor paint set). If you participated in previous watercolor programs, Katy will assume that you already have the paint brush and set and will not include it in your kit unless specified.
