Join fellow teens and take a moment to talk with Representative James O'Day. O'Day will explain what the bill is, why it is currently stalled, and what teens can expect from the act after it has been passed. Rep. O'Day will also take questions from teens and also listen to their opinions and thoughts on the matters addressed in the "Healthy Youth Act."
