Join staff from the Center for Ecological Technology (CET) as they explain how induction cook top technology works and provide a demonstration of cooking with the portable induction cook top kit the library has available for anyone to checkout and take home.  Incentives for converting your cook top to induction as well as many other incentives to make your home more energy efficient will be explained during this session.
